I had the worst experience with them on 10/2/22.. I was missing more than half my sandwich along with the other 4 I had gotten.... I did the order on the mobile app so that I could grab and go and that there wouldn?t be any confusion of what each sandwich hadon it.. needless to say they didn?t come with everything on it we asked.. the fallowing morning I talked to the manager of thestore who was extremely sorry and wanted to make everything right again. She offered a remake and full refund.. but here?s whereit gets way above customer service duties. She told me she needed to clear it with the owners and if she could call me back in abit.. when she did call me back she informed me the owner was coming up from Portland to deliver me my refund and 2 fresh madesandwiches made by herself.. sure enough after giving her my info later on that afternoon he showed up and gave me a fullapology and my sandwiches and refund after driving from Portland to old town then another 1hr north to me.. I gave this store 5stars any day for the management team they are amazing and make great sandwiches. Thank you soo much again for going way abovecustomer service expectations. Read more
The "melt" looks nothing like is advertised. I mobile ordered. Got there a little early so I didn't mind waiting. But there were... 3 customers who got there order before me. (And they started making mine first) The sandwich was decent, but nothing like isadvertised when you get the "melt". I also asked for a cup of water. He gave me small clear dixy cup, no lid, no stray. The wasprobably 4 oz of water to wash down my foot long sandwich. Quality of the food was okay. But when I spend $10 on a sandwich Iwould expect a little better service and maybe a little more water..... I got the Baja Steak Melt which was good. Which is why Iam giving it 3 stars. I've been coming here for years and never had a problem at this location and the employees are always nice. The only reason I... put 4 stars is for the only negative experience I had a while back. One female employee was letting a different employee have itabout something that wasn't a big issue in front of us in line. When she was making my sub and I asked for honey mustard on itshe gave me a disgusted look and said "really?". Look not everyone likes it but keep that stuff to yourself. I had 4 sandwiches made the other day and I was less than pleased. I asked the older woman making them to put lots of pepper on... each. She stopped after a few shakes so I asked her to load it right on there. She shook the pepper shaker a few more times andsaid "That's enough". She then proceeded to lay her entire arm across each sandwich while trying to close them. I don't likeconfrontation so I didn't say anything but I guarantee I WILL NOT be having her make anything as long as she's working there. Read more
I sat outside for 20 minutes trying to get the app to work and the order kept getting rejected. I know there was nothing wrong... with my payment, I called my bank! So I went inside to see if they could still apply the promo to my order and a young gentlemantold me no. As a former subway employee I know that was a lie. Also as I was walking out the door, a women walked up from theback and said ?yes we can? and started showing him how? I waited and huh?d and no one said anything to me. We can?t all afford$10-$15 subs for the entire family but I still like to try treat my child to these luxuries and let him earn it and then choosewhere to go, only once every other week.. just for him to be denied.Disappointed. Good food whenever they actually have anything out. They frequency put up their more popular ingredients around 7 pm to... discourage purchases so they can be lazy from 7 to 8. Honestly I'm pretty sick of it and won't bother with this locationanymore. This is the 5th time I've gotten off a 12 hour shift, pulled up around 1910 and they only have the absolute bareminimum out. Every visit is always a great experience. The wide selection of sandwich fixings makes building a sandwich all about what I am... in the mood for. The sandwich artists are great and have come to know what we like. They greet us nicely and make our sandwichespromptly. I recommend this Subway over others in the area. Read more
Used to be my go to lunch spot for a quick meal in Old Town but got sick recently after my last visit. How old do pickles need... to be to look ?off?? Idk but they did and the spinach + lettuce was not too far behind. I knew better than to eat that sandwichbut I was hungry? Read more
