After a long day of hiking we were looking forward to a good meal. We had to wait a very long time to order food, as no waitress... came to take our order. I had a gluten free bun for my sandwich. It was freezer burnt and left a bad taste which made it hard tofinish the rest of the meal. My husband ordered a steak sandwich and it was poor quality. They need to get some good qualityfood and definitely improve the service. I will not be going back there again. Read more
Our family came to this Boston Pizza, the service was bad. We ordered our food but the clumsy waiters messed it up. We asked for... water no ice and they gave us warm water. We quickly were seated at a booth when we arrived. Drinks were brought out fast constantly. I don't think we went more than 5... minutes with an empty cup. As we finished our food, our dishes were taken very quickly yet we did not feel like we were beingrushed. The food was very good, of course. The portions are very large and make good leftovers. The Smokey Mountain Spaghetti isa top favorite of mine, as it can feed 2 people and still leave a large bowl to take home. Read more
Me and my work colleagues went out for drinks and food at this location, we arrived there around 3:30pm, we sat at the sports... lounge. At first the lounge was empty and it was only our table. Food and drinks came out on time and they were mediocre. Aftercouple hours the lounge had maybe three more tables. As we were drinking and talking about work, a rude waitresses who wasn'teven taking care of our table walks up to us and says, that we are extremely loud and she cant hear her own tables and we needto be quiet. Firstly, where were you before you got few tables and when we were spending more than $300, who trains and hireserver who doesn't even know how to address and talk to their clients, we all are from hospitality industry and we know verywell how to keep a décor and if out of line then how to speak to a guest. The reason why we were treated that way was becausewe aren't locals. Who would go to a sports bar and expect it to be quieter?? It was a terrible experience and the first one at aboston pizza. We will never visit this restaurant or any other Boston Pizza establishment. Read more
I was there with a group of work associates. We were in the sport last friday lounge and spent over 3hrs. And lots of money. The... servers was extremely rude and we were told to tone it down. We were not loud or rude. Will not go back. People from out of townseam to not be welcome here. Bad job Boston Pizza. You need to treat people with respect. Read more
