I ordered a 4 piece chicken dinner and said only big pieces, no drums or wings I will pay extra. I paid the extra, got home only... got wings and legs. Called immediately with the issue, she said they ran out of big pieces. I said why wouldn't you tell me thatafter I clearly said none of those pieces. She told me not to bring it back and that she would have the manager call me. After 4days nothing called back manager still sick. Went in somebody took the information again to give to the owner and still nothing.Very frustrated because I was out right ripped off, and they dont seem to want to fix this. Read more
Best chicken I have had in years Just stopped in 5 45 pm Aug 12 and sat for 10 minutes. No one came to serve us so we left.
The chicken is really good and loads of frys. You order ahead its ready and hot when you pick it up. Olds doesn't have any real... competition for this chicken other than home made. Read more
The food here is absolutely amazing! Both the chicken and chineese food. The serving sizes are pretty big, flavor is bang on,... it's visually appealing. The chicken is the best we have ever had anywhere. We have friends that come to visit us and get reallyexcited about dinner time at Sandy's. Have dined in and had takeout and always pleased. Only qualms we have is the chickensizes can vary depending on their shipment. N the price of the chicken dishes have indeed gone up sadly. Very good ambience and fair pricing for dining in. Staff were polite and patient enough to deal with our kids, and their crispy... chicken wings were delicious. Highly recommend this place for families. Read more
This is the first time in years I've ordered from here, and it was great! I got Chinese food. The war wonton was awesome. All... the other food was delicious. The wait time was great and the staff was super friendly. My only complaint is i think the gingerbeef was dry, but I'm honestly nit picking at this point, I'll just ask for extra sauce next time! Got take out this evening. Chicken strips very bland could taste nothing for seasoning at all beyond the grease. Fries a little... underwhelming but passable. Fish was fine but definitely not the best. Given how much people say the food here is great Iexpected much much more. Read more
