Average Smithy?s Restaurant. Florentine eggs Benny was delicious. The tomato jam they put on the English muffin is to die for.
Went for brunch.was expecting more than 8 items not including fruit for almost $20.bacon was so over cooked it was crumble.had... the other 2 people at my table try a bite of the sausage rounds and all found the spice in them was overwhelming.the regularbreakfast sausage were great though.both types of potatoes were overcooked and very greasy.pancakes were a little dry but thewhip cream and butter fixes that unfortunately don't eat eggs Benedict or scrambled eggs so have no opinion.some toast and jamwould be great.waffles and a slice of ham would be awesome. Just passing through here, decided to grab some brunch. Lovely service and food. It was a full house so it took a little longer... than usual but it was so worth it! Just a great little spot, glad we stopped in. Read more
Very "Dennys" feel inside. I got the clubhouse Benny. It was kind of blah compared to what I've had. The eggs were tiny with a... small dollop of hollandaise sauce on each. Bacon was completely burnt and the English muffin was super dry. I'm not normallypicky with Bennys but this one was less than satisfactory. I ordered a coffee too and felt like our server was watching to makesure my boyfriend didn't have any. She looked at my cup every time she walked by which was every 30 seconds or so. Overall notsuper impressed. Prices are high and food is meh. Read more
