Food is always good. This location is always busy. It was especially slow tonight because the order team was not outside due to... lightning in the area, probably added 10 minutes to the drive thru line. After we finally ordered and got our food, they gave us4 drinks instead of 3 and NO straws! Of course I didn?t notice before pulling away. They try, they?re just so busy. Read more

Really slow. Not unusual to wait in line for 30 minutes during lunch rush. Do they need a bigger kitchen? More cooktops? Or just... better training for their staff? The franchise owner is sitting on a goldmine until the new bigger one opens up down the street?then we?ll see. We ordered 2 shakes, chocolate and vanilla. Total was about 9 dollars. The shake consistency was perfect to my liking. My... husband thought the price was steep but I thought it was worth how it tasted. I personally prefer their shake over MCD's. Thewait was a little long but it seemed that they were short staffed. I've learned a valuable lesson. Never order fries during breakfast time. Double cooked, hard, not good. The chicken minis were... dry and the chicken biscuit size is considerably smaller than the last visit.ill stick with lunch time only from here on out. Read more
This location and chain in general are usually excellent. Ordered a salad from drive thru. I got home and it was incorrect, a... basic garden looking salad. I called the restaurant to see if I had the right item. They told me it was their mistake and tocome in for lunch tomorrow and pick up the correct one. I said my wife would be stopping in that it was for her and they tookher name. When she came in they had no idea about it and she couldn't get it. So she ordered something else and paid. Bigdeal, I'm out a chicken salad but could have been handled much better. I guess its best to stop and check order before youleave but this place normally gets it right. Read more
