Can this location make it a priority to STIR their coffee? Is that too hard to ask them to do their job? If I order an iced... coffee at 6am on a Tuesday morning... I'm most likely on my way to work. Do I want to try to either stop or find time in betweenred lights to stir my coffee with the straw I wasn't given because I got cold foam? No. So now r.i.p to my cloth car seats, andmy center console because my coffee spilt all over my car trying to stir my stupid coffee so I could drink it????. Absolutely worst experience ever at Dunkin? Donuts. I will never go back to this location due to your face tattooed cashier who... informed me that he cannot count change that high and wasn?t going to break a 50. I responded OK do you have Apple Pay and hisresponse was price of saying can?t you see the sign that was blocked completely by the tinted window after openings it at thedrive thru. Then proceeded to repeatedly asked me if I had a problem that he couldn?t break a 50 and if I wanted to do somethingabout it while I had my infant child in the car. I can see why you were losing the coffee rates and completely getting destroyedby competitors it?s called hiring standards learn them develop them and figure it out because this is why your locations failincompetence and violence in the workplace. Tuesday 06/07/2022 visited this Dunkin Donuts Store, to try the new Mango ???? Pineapple???? Dunkin Refresher. I ordered a... large, made with Coconut ???? Milk ????. The drink was absolutely delicious and extremely flavorful. I could taste all theingredients, Mango, Pineapple, Coconut Milk which even gave off a Coconut aroma! Employees are absolutely cluelessness and rude. Only nice guy is the young man with the tattoos. He?s always sweet, however all... of the females working here have bad attitudes and should really be working somewhere else. Didnt want to make my order becauseit was too ?complicated?. 1 drink. The stars are for the staff. They should be educated on the coupons. Went in to get a Medium Latte. The employee didn?t accept... the coupon because ?it is for hot or iced coffee only and you are having a Latte?. What?!?! This is not the first time I havenot been able to use a coupon in this shop. No matter the time of day or the day of the week, the just don?t want to acceptthem. I have not had issues with this or any other coupon in any other shop. I am done with them. This location is always busy, especially during the morning hours. I usually try to go inside instead of using the... drive-through, which can cut the wait time in half. On Halloween, the line inside was almost as long as the car line, and therewas no room for customers to spread out in line (for Covid-19 precautions), and no lines/tape on the floor 6 ft apart to helpcustomers keep physical distance (like other restaurants have). The donuts at this Dunkin are always fresh and delicious, evenwhen I've picked them up in the evening for the next morning (I suggest keeping in the fridge overnight). The only reason I gaveit 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't seem to have a huge variety of donuts whenever I visit. Maybe they have more ifyou are there when they open in the morning, but for those of us who go later in the morning, it's disappointing to have alimited selection of donuts & munchkins. Chocolate frosted are usually available, even later in the day, but other varieties arehit or miss. The staff has always been pleasant and seem to be working as fast as possible with the lines inside and outside. Read more
Ordered a donut with a coffee. The cashier handed the donut bag to me and there was coffee dripping from the bag because someone... spilled my coffee in it. The donut was soaked. I looked at the cashier while the bag was dripping in my lap and he laughed andsaid ?yeah I put the lid on wrong? ???? Ok so give me a new donut and a new bag that isn?t soaked in coffee?
