I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger 11:00am, I received a double cheeseburger no problem. I got back in line asked for the... correct burger. While in line I tried one of the jalapeno poppers, it was lukewarm and doughy. Super grossed out I took a doubletake on the burger and it was lukewarm as well, the cheese wasn't even slightly melted.. I asked for a refund. I wasn't going torisk getting poisoned. The girl taking and running orders was busy wanting her finger kissed because she "burned". Not noticing there were 4 people... waiting to make an orders. The drink/ketchup area was filthy, the ketchup cup holder was empty. Management should manage a bitmore and stop playing around with the crew. Read more
I might be a regular here by now... But this place is amazing when on lunch break or just with the family. The childrens area,... games on the tables, lots of TV's and the great morning/day shift staff are all great reasons one should want to come to thisestablishment. It's more than just a fast food restaurant!!!? Ps-great job keep it up.... If there was something I could add orhave an input on it would be an updated bathroom.... But overall five stars... I went to burger King tonight to grab dinner for my family and I the food was ok but I took the lid of my daughter's small... sprite and couldn't believe how much stuff was floating in it . I'm disgusted to think how much of that junk was floating I'm mylarge coke I drank before noticing . It seems pretty obvious that they aren't cleaning the ice machine or the soda dispensersregularly like they should . I tried calling the manager twice with no luck . Read more
Honestly One of the best experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant. From the friendliness of the staff to the preparation... of our meals ( which were brought to our table) . I know it was just a couple of Whoppers but the experience was above par. Read more

Called to speak to the manager here because my husband and I found it ludicrous that they have a sign about having patience,... "Kindness is King." Yet the young woman at the register failed to smile her self. Did not provide the toy when requested andactually just closed the window. If this location has issues with rude customers it's because of the lack of customer servicetraining. Oh. Our meals were cold. Read more
