This place and its people are absolute life savers!! My wife and I got married this year on Halloween and a week prior to the... wedding our catering cancelled on us- leaving us with no food for our wedding. The same night we got that news we called angeesand explained our situation, called the manager the next day and he was so sweet he made my wife tear up. Telling her right away?don?t worry you will have food at your wedding!? And teller her that she?s a bride and has other things to worry about- thatthe food would be taken care of! They stayed within our budget, and the amount of food was so much that we had left overs fordays! They made it so myself, my wife and our families were able to celebrate with us and so our wedding day was saved!!! Not tomention- the food is amazing! Read more

First time coming here. Food was great. Prices were a bit up but I guess that's the economy right now. However the portions... didn't let me down. So much I had to take it home. Staff was very friendly and chatty. Will visit again. Read more

Unassuming local spot with killer lasagna. We go out of our way to stop here any time we go to Holiday Valley. It's always worth... the detour. Read more

Some good, some not so good. Went to this restaurant while traveling during a week night. The restaurant seemed clean and a... friendly environment, not fancy. Ordered a couple of dinner meals for my wife and I. 1. Shrimp dinner of some sort in a creamsauce. The sauce was good, but he shrimp and pasta was swimming in the sauce, not well put together. There were only 5 shrimp, and the shrimp were left with the tails. Parts of the dish were hot enough; other parts were not. 2. Special of the night. Ordered a veil over hollow pasta. Again, the red sauce was good, dish was served hot, but the veil was more of a chunked orshredded veil and overly well done. The generous amount of sauce is what saved this meal. What was the shocker was the bill, the special was $32, well above the average $20 of other dinner meals on the menu. Nowhere did I see this posted. This is kindof BS trick you normally find in big city restaurants, I did not expect this. For this amount, I would have expected an actualpiece of veil properly cooked. I would still say that this would be a good place to go and eat, but stick to what I believe mustbe in their wheel house, sandwiches, standard pasta meals, and the typical menu fair. I wish there was a 2.5 star rating, thatis where I would really see this place rated from our experience. Read more

Angee's was a Olean recommendation. I'm glad I tried it. Now I'm recommending it, too. Delicious, quick meal. Many menu choices... made the decision tougher. Friendly staff that made me feel at home. This is clearly a local favorite - there were many regularsmeeting at the bar to reminisce. I will return. Trust me. Read more

Really cute place that felt like it had the real local charm and helped you get to know Olean. Quite casual, some people... clearly came here to socialize with friends over the bar for a few hours. There were also family groups and the joint had agreat atmosphere. Food was very filling and overall tasted good, especially for a small town. Very large portion sizes!Although the salad was large, if you're from the city, I wouldn't count on it being the most innovative (think iceberg lettuce).Pizza seemed to be a local favourite so we ordered one and was it ever filling! Penne and meatballs were good, felt very homestyle. Would suggest that the restaurant bring out the pasta when it's done to avoid noodles getting soft (seemed to be an issuein the town in general).
