Order was wrong. My daughter's iced coffee tasted like water. Husband ordered an American with cream he got an iced coffee. They... fixed it and it had no cream. We were in the drive through traveling so we went to target and bought cream. Had to also ask fora donut that we had ordered. Read more

They say , ? America Runs on Dunk?n? , but they don?t! This location is absolutely awful!. Me and my husband decided to go get... breakfast, and a coffee from there this morning . I asked for a LARGE macchiato when I got up To the window to get our order mysupposed to be Large macchiato was a small , the girl ringed up a small instead of a Large, when I tasted my macchiato it tastelike PURE ESPRESSO! No French vanilla was put in there as I asked for flavor , then my husband goes and takes a bite of hissausage, egg and cheese croissant and it was UNDONE! . It was cold in the middle of it!, the hash browns was very hard andovercooked!. This location needs to do better in their service. I ordered online and when I... came to the window, the young man at the window behaved as though he had no one else to wait on except me and my grandson. I do the drive thru quite often thru the week. Morning crew is so nice, they get your day off to a nice start and put a smile... on your face. I love the blackboard outside with the daily quote. And their coffee and donuts are so good much better thanStarbucks and cheaper. Keep up the good work y'all. Read more

I have never ordered Dunkin? Donuts coffee before, but it was recommended to me so I went this morning. A girl named Lasharri... made me a custom iced coffee drink since I was unsure of what to order. IT WAS AMAZING. She also made sure I tried it beforedriving off to make sure I liked it. Top notch customer service and much faster than Starbucks. I will definitely be back! Read more
