Every single available table dirty. Floor = dirty. Lunchtime or not this place was disgusting. The booth we first tried to sit... at smelled of urine. Not to mention the toilets gone without being flushed. Workers in the corner on the phone (also had anattitude assuming I was taking pictures of them) and no sense of urgency with the workers on the line. One of the worst places I?ve ever been to if I could?ve given zero stars I would?ve. The staff was absolutely disrespectful and... abhorrent. I have a video recording of the staff that I am contemplating posting on social media with the staff threatening tobe as ?disrespectful as possible? as she could to me. Never again, not even drive through because I saw the inside. I took my children for a nice time. Not a single table was... cleaned. Employees were laughing and playing huddled up in a group. Could care less about the people waiting to place an order.I asked for ketchup and was treated as if I was asking to borrow money. The manager, I presume, dude with both ears pierced(yeah you) have no clue how a restaurant business should be. Filthy is a kind word for this place. Like any of you reallydeserve $15.00 an hour? Service was non existent. You have wait at the counter for almost 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge you. Then they walk over... and just look at you instead of saying anything. Store was a mess and they weren't that busy. I used to be a restaurant generalmanager. My entire crew would have been fired for that abysmal service. You all want $15 an hour? Then act like it! This location usually is the best. Unfortunately not the case on my last visit. I had to wait a long time in a line with not... many cars 1st off. 2nd when I finally got to the window to pick up my food I was told to move up and it would be brought out.When I did receive my order the fries were the ONLY thing that was good. My Filet o Fish was old and my daughter's nuggets wereas well. Get it together McDonald's. Read more
Instead of letting people in they have this place closed to the public at 7am. Only drive through is open. That's terrible. All... because they don't want to clean the dining area. Some lady asked one of the drive through customers to buy them their coffee.Because she was driving a semi and couldn't place an order. Not a good place to come. Very sad Read more
Night shift please do better with communication. Having children working is great?but please teach them to communicate with the... people in your establishment. Ignoring guest and not taking order is extremely unprofessional. I understand being busy, but tohave extreme neglect for your customers is unexceptional. Just wow. They have no sense of urgency. No type of communication.Walking in and out of the store as if they do not care. I was very patient, but I?m big on customer service, communication, andjust overall service.
