I couldn?t believe that the smell of fragrances was overwhelming the smell of the food we came for. The hostess?s perfume was so... strong, I had to take migraine medication. Every time she walked by, myself and my companion were miserable. They were diffusinga Scentsy scent in the waiting area. People go to restaurants to enjoy the food. Your 5 senses are all involved in enjoying yourmeal, but it?s impossible to enjoy your food with powerful synthetic fragrances overwhelming your smell and taste anddistracting from your conversation. Apart from the smell, the service was not great. I ordered an appetizer that I neverreceived. Our bread and drinks were never refilled. But overall, it was the stench that will keep me from ever coming back. Werushed through our food and rushed out. So disappointing. Save the fragrances for your own home. Started at Chili's next door. Got ignored, so I came here. Good choice. Service was excellent, April was very excellent, food... was pretty good. And my only complaints are really just my preference, not the quality or anything like that. Tried the new porkchop. Perfectly seasoned. My server was great!!! But the food could have been better. The rolls were kind of flat and didn't taste as good as they used... to. I ordered the Garlic Shrimp pasta. Normally this location is Spot on I called ahead let them know we had 8 people in our group We waited the half hour as... Informed The only table suitable for 8 is right next to the kitchen doors and the door dash cages people coming in to pick upand see straight into the kitchen- service was BEYOND slow and although there were 8 of - multiple tables of 2-6 got there foodwell before us even though they sat well after us! Waitress was nowhere to be found as she had our table and the bar area- onother side of the restaurant! Nooooooooo!!!! Don?t waste your time or money. I spent $137 here. The rolls, ribs, crab cakes and shrimp were over, hard like... rocks, and chewy. Food taste like it was from previous day and re-cooked/re-fried. The macaroni was extremely hard, no cheeseand dry. The rolls did not come with any butter and was hard like a solid rock. I received no sauce, napkins, utensils withfood. I was given the wrong order and sides. All the food was cold, chewy, extremely hard, refried/over cooked in old grease.Save your money for something better. This will be the 1st and last time I will place an order at any O?Charleys. I haveincluded photos also. The looks are deceiving. Nothing looked or appeared nor tasted at all like it was pictured. If you want tobe disappointed or upset go here; otherwise go somewhere else. I was pretty disappointed, considering this was my first time eating food from this restaurant. It may be a while before I order... food from this restaurant again. I'm going to split my opinion of my food. The salmon was ok. It had a good seasoning to it.The mashed sweet potatoes were good, but had shin pieces in it that I had to keep spitting out as I ate it. Whomever pealed thepotatoes did not do a good job. The broccoli was absolutely overcooked to the point it was mushy. 3/5 The chicken tinders werenot were good. It was ok. I order the Bacon burger medium with fires and my fiancé got chicken tenders. You could tell the fires were old and... soggy. My burger was well-done(couldn?t really enjoy it). His chicken tenders were also old and tasted rubbery. We wanted to trythe brownie bites but after that I don?t think they would?ve been good. I understand people are short staffed but why sit downpeople knowing you can?t serve them and have them waiting for an hour or two. Read more
