I was really pleased with the service at this Panera. It was obvious that the workers enjoyed working with together because of... the light banter they had with each other. The manager, Ryan, made a point to talk to the customers to see how their foodexperiences were. It?s these little details that I appreciate. When I order food to go or for dining in, the attitude of thestaff affects my meal. If I have a pleasant experience, I?m willing to go back. This Panera offers this. I went in on a Saturdayand Monday night during their rush hour. The biggest key is that my sandwich looked really good once I opened it. It wasn?tthrown together with lettuce and tomato hanging off the sides. All of these little touches makes me willing to return and torecommend a visit. Read more
They always humor my 80 year old mom. The employees are so patient when she takes extra long to get her debit card out. Thank... you for allowing her that normalcy. Bless y'all! Cashier recognized we were mother and daughter which she loves so much. She wasextremely friendly along with the employees who prepared our food. She likes it when she is recognized as a regular customer.We've been places where employees roll their eyes and are not helpful or nice. She walks with a cane she is doing her best topay and move along to get her drink. PANERA DOESNT BLINK AN EYE. She only likesto go to Panera Starbucks and outback. Terrible service. Put in an online order for 1 simple drink. When I arrived it took over 5 minutes of standing at the front just... for the lady cooking to send a cashier to the front. I then wait several more minutes to get a cashier to the front. I told herI just had a drink and it wasn?t ready and she held on to it while she continued her conversation instead of giving the drink tome. Very disappointed in my experience. Read more
Lacey had never been to a Panera bread before, so today was that day! I always get the same thing , which is the Mediterranean... veggie sandwich no cucumbers extra onions of course. I also do so enjoy their passion fruit green tea, 3 cups worth.... Laceygot a pick 2 chicken sandwich of some kind and the broccoli cheddar soup. I know she enjoyed the sandwich but really enjoyed thesoup. The price is not crazy cheap, but the quality and environment is rather nice. I though never get enough onions. I wantedto try the Mexican street corn soup, maybe next time. Read more
They really struggled here. Didn't get the order right. Then used a countertop toastwr that didn't even toast. All of the tile... floors were so slippery because they had not been cleaned well at all. Just overall disappointed. Read more
We had an early lunch. Both my friend and I ordered a half Fuji apple salad with chicken. The lettuce was not fresh! Some of it... was disgusting! No napkins in dispensers and tables were dirty.Perhaps Panera in Olive Brach should step up their game! Read more
