They only have the drive-thru open and the drive-thru is still incredibly slow. I've been sitting here in line for 25 minutes... with about 10 cars ahead of me and am still 3 away from the order box. Gotta love that chicken, though. Update: I gave up andleft after 40 minutes. Read more

My dad and me ordered online and came to pick up the order. The front door was locked the first time around And we drove around... the building to the side door. Luckily just as I was about to go in a worker was coming out So I told her I was here to pick upa order and she told me to ask the manager. I told the manager(who had a pretty bad attitude) and had to stand there for 10minutes straight as she made the order, meanwhile other people are coming in who also have online orders and have been lockedout as well. Customer service improvement is needed. Coworker wanted wings, location out of wings--okay. She wanted $6 Spicy chicken sandwich... IDK combo. Cashier rung up a $6.99 meal plus another $0.20 for water in place of drink. Asked cashier was that correct she saidI think so. Food was hot, sandwich was not spicy it was regular. This is the worst popeyes I have ever been to. Food didn't even taste fresh. They didn't even want to take our order cause the... girl that takes orders went on brake. I asked for 4 breast and they ended giving me 4 regular I asked for all breast I know it'sextra but they don't listen. I've been to a lot of popeyes and I've never been charged for sweet heat sauce. Awful .....So mad ! I spent $36 dollars on a family meal. They gave us 2 day old thighs and breast only (suppose to be a mix... box) it was so hard .It was horrible! So disappointed! Read more
Let me start buy saying that normally I never have an issue with this location but it seems as though the evening crew has... changed. I get to the location at 8:30pm, I was informed "we only have mild and spicy chicken". I replied "ok", after placing myorder I was informed they had no chicken sandwiches which was fine, they only had spicy chicken tenders to which I wascompletely fine with. I was then informed that a batch would have to be dropped and then they followed up with it would be 10mins which was fine. I continued my order they then informed me they'd have to drop new fries which was also fine. After beingstopped again to be notified that it would "be a while" i just said no thank you and left. It seemed as if they were trying todetour me from ordering the moment I pulled up. I can understand being out of stock but to not even have fries ready on aSaturday night just seems counter productive to me. Hopefully they switch the crew back. Read more
I guess all Popeyes basically have only drive thru service if you don't order via the app. I ordered a 3 piece chicken only and... they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I left to get another order and came back. My order was ready. The line waslong. So I parked and walked up to the drive thru. This was the quickest location despite the long line.
