Soo good. I am the back in the day give me a #2 combo with mustard & those nostalgic onions but just like many things the burger... combo isn't the same so they lost a loyal customer until the pretzel twists & the peanut butter blast. They turned off the water in app. So you can?t order a water in the app. So now I have to place a in person order and wait and... then order in the app to get a half price drink for my son. Order a few times a week and this is so frustrating. I also calledto make them aware of this and they said that they know about it and don?t really wanna do anything about it. Order a popcorn chicken meal and ice cream for my kids. Didn?t wait long for the food and I tipped but whenever it came to me... the chicken was hot but the fries were very old and very cold. I rang back and asked if I could get some fresh fries and theytook about 10-15 minutes to bring them to me (they were not very busy) but they only brought me one of my fries so I asked formy other fry and after about 10-15 minutes I rang back again and they had forgotten about me. Then when i finally got my otherfry, my kids chicken was cold by that point and the fry they brought me was burnt and idk if that was on purpose but all aroundit was a horrible experience. Not a good experience today, although in the past they have been much better. Very busy, could not hear girl taking intercom... order and even after repeated volume complaints she never spoke up. Seemed confused when I ordered from the menu but didn't wantthe combo. Asked for mayo and mustard on both hamburgers but got mustard only on one. Large onion ring was almost cold and dry.Made me wonder how long it had been sitting, and if it was from another order that got canceled. Usually hot and delicious. WhenI moved to Olive Branch 30 years ago, Sonic was all we had. Now after all these years I still go back but it will be a whileafter this order. Not much to offer vegetarian or vegans, which would be nice, like a veggie burger patty option. Read more
The server was great. The product was definitely not like the menu picture. The other complaint I cannot mention in this review.
This is the second time at this location I ordered cheese tots with extra cheese, paying an extra $1 for it. Both times there... was a disappointingly small amount of cheese. Read more
Fast friendly service, good sound from the menu/ordering microphones, and the most delicious hamburgers anywhere.
