Other than being open late, what a let down. As a kid and teenager this was my go to but they have really dropped. Whole order was wrong! No sauce as requested extra mild sauce we got zero! Hello! Zero ! Also no nacho cheese sauce with fries!!... Been calling since I got home ! No answer taken screenshots of how many times! Then started calling multiple locations to get acorporate number.. one guy in Memphis gave me a number lady did not answer as well! I want a refund! My issue is with breakfast hours . Website and store signs read breakfast serviced till 11am ; however , after 3 failed ... attempts /trips to this store to get breakfast , I noticed that they are always out of eggs by 9:30am. At this point they willstop serving breakfast . One can hear the drive thru team member communicating this message for the next 1 and half hour to breakfast customers till its 11am. So from around 9:30am to 11am business is missing sales because who ever is responsible toprep for breakfast didn't prep enough to get them thru breakfast time. Why don't you just totally shut down breakfast , socustomers don't bother to stop at this sorry restaurant??? Step up your game, olive branch residents deserve betterservice.... Hold you team members accountable, coach them for poor performance,and terminate those who won't lift their weightup and do what they're supposed to do. Horrible. I ordered via the mobile app and was charged. Get there and they have locked all the doors (6:45PM). making people... burn $3.75 gas with 6 deep in the drive thru so they can slack. At least three employees there. One I see through the drivethru is like standing at the counter for people to order dine inside. Can't because you locked the f'n doors. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Read more
Horrible!!! My soft taco wasn't wrapped. Just thrown in the bag. Meat and cheese everywhere except inside the shell. Also my... chicken quesadilla only had half of it filled. The other side was completely empty. I just paid $9 for that. And obviously noone is answering the phone so I can talk to a manager.. Read more
This is the most ridiculous restaurant on the street. I drive up last Saturday night June 18, 2022 about 10:15 or later. The... lady that spoke over the microphone was the rudest, most unprofessional, narcissistic individual that any restaurant could hire.She was definitely sleep or absent when customer service training was offered. This lady says we can't take orders for thirtyminutes. No apology no empathy. I asked why she said we don't have no beef, no chicken, no cheese, no lettuce. I said mam so noone ordered supplies. She says we'll mam you give us some employees. I told her she was ridiculous she says well you still gonewait 30 minuts. The devil is a lie. I wish I would ever allow myself to ever think about driving to this location.again. Thiscustomer service situation is getting out of control. 38 minutes TRAPPED IN THE DRIVE THRU!! (Know if your car can handle curb hopping before you commit.. it?s THAT bad!)
