1 star because there wasn't a 0 star option. If you can get someone to answer the phone, they just hang up on you. I have driven... to the location multiple times only to see employees inside and the door locked during regular business hours, then they pretendthey don't see you. Ordered over phone. Picked up my food in 10 minutes. When I arrived the gentleman behind the counter asked me what I wanted. I... tried to reply my name but he had the music so loud he could not here me. Then a young lady walked up and asked if she couldhelp me. She must have turned off the music so she could also here what I was saying. Order was ready and hot. I paid for myorder and then asked to purchase a lemonade. We ordered $90.00 worth of food for my family. The order wasn?t right and they missed items. We tried to contact via phone but... the phone was off the hook. Ordered online as requested, got my order an it looked like a child had fixed the order. They didn?t coat my wings like they... used to be, it?s like they just poured it on. Walked in to order. Two employees at the register tried to pretend I didn't exist. No southern hospitality. Did not speak, make... eye contact, or acknowledge me for 2 whole minutes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! They never answer the phone ! I ordered over $70 worth of food and they delivered a... completely different order and everything tasted like it had been saturated in butter !! IT WAS DISGUSTING! No flavor justBUTTER sand that wasn?t even a flavor choice! No one answered the phone therefore I couldn?t have my order replaced or requesta refund but I am however contacting customer service . Manager on duty was standoffish. Don?t usually mind these kinda things, just wanted my food. They forgot to cook the chicken.... This is what I got. Took a few bites and realized something was wrong. Hope I don?t get sick. To add. The guy rang me up as twoguests for two drinks and an up charge for a large fry. I was alone but I didn?t say anything to avoid confrontation.
