I know one thing, the food is Too expensive for you all to not give Quality food! It it absolutely ridiculous. I don't mind... paying but I will not pay for food that is not of good quality. I ordered a large fry, toast, and traditional wings and it'slike you all don't care anymore. That's not how it works. Noone has to dine, or get delivery from you all. Do better. Please dobetter. I got the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries not satisfied at all I think they could of did better I ordered some before at the... Oxford Ms branch and theirs were put together much better. The food is always really good at Zaxbys. In my opinion, it is definitely OVERPRICED for the quantity of food, but quality is... amazing; the chicken (& even the fries) have always came out hot & fresh! The last time I went which was yesterday around 4pm,niordered the 6 pcs chicken finger meal & it cost right at $14. I was very excited because I haven't ate there in a while (due tothe cost ????) & I'm pregnant & was really craving Zaxbys. I went in the drive thru because I was on my lunch break, the guy atthe window was not very polite; when I got back to work to ear, I realized that I was given the wrong order; I had wings &chicken fingers instead. I ate what was given to me because my break was almost over & I was a extremely hungry pregnant woman.I suggest always check your food before driving off; I will not make that mistake again that's for sure!! I went here today & I was fairly disappointed. When I ordered my food which was Zax Strip Combo & it was a Dine In order, I get... my order in a To Go bag & I told the young lady it was a Dine-In order, she in a curt manner told me "Thank You & Have A NiceDay" & went back to doing whatever she was doing. The cashier who took my order was kind of pleasant, but I was never asked whattype of sauce I wanted with my combo. I had to tell her that I wanted the Insane sauce, which didn't live up to it's name &Ranch, which I didn't get. Also I had seen several customers come in to the store to complain about their orders not beingright or some items were forgotten. The workers were busy meddling around & not doing much. They tried. It's usually better than this but my wings were swimming in sauce and the fries were not seasoned.
