Very hot coffee but now good coffee Timmies and Mc D now have coffee competition
Went in around 7:30pm to get some food after a long day, the front staff were both very rude and unwelcoming. Watched 3 people... come in from the drive thru because of missing items. One of the female staff were talking to their friend the entire time I waswaiting (20mins). Seemed as if they didn?t want to help anyone and we were all inconveniencing them. I Felt bad for asking for adrink aswell once my food arrived and the worker said absolutely nothing at all to me she just handed me the pin pad and turnedaround then served 2 people and talked to a co-worker before giving me my cup. My buddy burger had tiny little hard balls in it,seemed like plastic. Eat at a local restaurant avoid this disaster. Read more

Looking like someone sat on my burger I got at lunch. Why would you serve this...
Came through the morning of Aug 19th and the female staff member working the window at the time was super cold and unwelcoming.... Very unfriendly. Even after I said thank you for the food, she just said ?yep? then shut the window. No idea what her problemwas but clearly wasn?t having a good time. Note to owners: if you want good customer service responses, put someone nice on thewindow!! Also, toast was super burnt. Disappointed! Read more
Today I bought a poutine and there were several blueberries mixed up in it. A&W menu doesn't even have anything with... blueberries, either... how does this even happen? Other than that, this location is consistently slow with constant waits, poorcustomer service and unintelligible drive-thru speakers. Not uncommon to see 3-4 people parked to the side waiting for theirfood. Read more
Visiting in Olivia BC from California. It was nice the vegaburger was on the menu. It was good. The bun was better them I'm... used to. The bus is often just holding the burger but in the case the Bunn has taste to it. The Fry's came in a mini deep fryerdevice. Nice touch. Read more
