Order supper at 5:40 pm on Friday. Fully aware they are very busy. Was told 1 hr for delivery...no big deal. 2 hrs 10 minutes... later upon phoning at 7:45 pm..... recorded message says they are closed. No food tonight...I guess. Read more

Our family orders Murray's pizza every time we visit and it is always tasty. I love the generous amount of cheese they use,... their gluten free, thin and regulars crusts are good. Thanks for the great pizza. Read more

Worst pizza place I have ever seen anywhere bar none. Pretty much every time we order pizza here our order is wrong or the crust... is burnt black or both. When we call to complain the owner gets on the phone and tells us it?s our fault for whatever themiscommunication was and that what we got is what we ordered. Then tells us she read the order back to us twice originally (shedidn?t despite her claim there is no exception to this). Both are a clear lie witnessed by several people on our end of theconversation. Then she tells us it?s Friday and it?s busy so they are too busy to correct their mistake and that we just don?thave to order pizza there anymore before hanging up on us. Don?t worry, we won?t be. Ordered a pizza from these folks 6 months or so ago for delivery...said it would be 1hr....showed up 2hrs later burned crust and... cold, refused order...ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago and no problem and was a great pizza...phoned tonight and they refuseddelivery!!! Makes no sense...their customer service and hearing the other side of the story would have been a great thing,instead they chose nothing....we use to order 3 pizzas a month for 2 years and now we are banned for delivery! Do these breadsticks look like they are worth $24? Murray's Pizza in Oliver needs to work on communication and customer... service... Feeling pretty taken advantage of for my dietary needs tonight. We just paid over $80 for two medium pizzas andthese sad breadsticks. They look good, but are dry and bland. While the pizza was insanely greasy, and not worth the price. Mybiggest gripe, though, is that when I asked if it was possible to make the breadsticks using thier gluten friendly dough shecheerily said "No problem!" When it came time to pick up I was floored at the price, but was hungry and in a hurry, thinking Imust have added it up wrong in my head while ordering off thier online menu. After I got home and had a second look at thierprices online I called to inquire about the price (and complain that they missed a request to leave off the drizzle sauce) I gothuge attitude back. Started off with the gluten free pizza adds $6, which is a cost I factored in. What I did not factor in,though, was that they decided without warning me to charge the gluten free breadsticks as a large pizza, plus the $6 GFcharge. How in the world a business can justify not only that kind of markup, but not giving the customer a heads up it willdouble the price is beyond me. There was zero attempt to rectify the situation on thier end, only "Next time we'll get thesauce right." When I responded (not meanly) that I wasn't sure if I wanted to order again the response was a sickly sweet "OKsounds great, have a good night. " I genuinely feel taken advantage of for my dietary needs, as this took a lot of mentaleffort for me to trust a local restaurant with my gluten issues. Read more
