Sunday night had an amazing homemade meal at this little gem. Amazing Corn Chowder and Garlic Toast. And the best Mac and Cheese... I've ever had with an order of wings. Service was good. Food was bland at best. Our table had ordered 5 of the steak & salad specials, only 1 was cooked to order,... the others were overdone, also, the steaks had very little flavour. I believe the mashed potatoes were packaged. I would eathere again if I had to, perhaps some of the other choices might have been better made. But I think I would investigate otheroptions (though they are limited) first. Read more
Great local pub. Awesome staff. Fantastic, caring owners. Challenging times for everyone involved this year (post Covid... restrictions), with staff shortages, poor supply lines, etc. Shame on poor reviewers for not making allowances during thesedifficult times. Worst experience ever! Ordered drinks, took quite awhile to get them. Ordered food, and after an hour, still no food! The table... we were seated at was reseved for 6 pm and it was now 5:45! We arrived at 4:05. Finally requested our bills, paid for drinks andleft hungry!!! Multiple parties came ate and left long before we did! We were even told at one point that they would check whereour meals were...no updates no excuses no nothing. Worst experience ever! Read more
The portions of food were surprisingly big. I brought my grandparents here (which they eat early) so it was not busy but we... ordered the club hose, 2 deluxe bacon burgers and a wrap. They were nice and made the substitutions we asked for and the pricewas good for what you got. Read more
The server was absolutely awesome. Wish I got his name. He was very attentive for all his clients. He recommended his favorite... on tap beer. Like really nice fellow. Very busy with most of us headed off to Venebales theater for the music show of the 50 &60's. The food was perfect. Other customers seem to be enjoying their meals as well. Read more
