Rude managers raising her voice at me. I ordered a pizza at 11:10am and it was delivered around 12:25 cold as can be. I called... and was told the pizza got delivered at 11:09. I ordered 2 extra large pizzas that were dry little to no sauce on them . I live in Florissant so I was not about to drive all... the way back in U -City that day because you?ll can?t make a pizza . When I called they said they would replace the pizzas ,butI wasn?t told the time frame to come back . Poor customer service . Drivers are rude and inconsiderate of neighboring homes and driveways. ALSO, I don't order from any imos often which I'm smack... dab in the middle of 2 locations. When I do order from either of these imos, my order is always wrong. Every time I've orderedfrom these locations it's a given that I have to call and tell them my order is wrong. For the price imos charges for theirfood and the 20% tip, I should never have an issue. Last time I give imos the benefit of the doubt. Now I have to wait another30-40 minutes for the right order. LAST TIME! Way too expensive for 8 boneless wings, $9.75! I will never support imos again! Read more
Worst Imos ever. They always give cold marinara instead of warm meat sauce with travs. But tonight they gave our order to... someone else. Didn't even tell me. Just made me sit and wait an additional 20 minutes. Then asked me what else I ordered with mypizza. Then STILL messed up my order. Loved this pizza. Was 1st time trying it. Was skeptical but damn....it was super delicious. This pizzeria wins awards year... after year. Seems suspect no one else can beat them but the pizza was very enjoyable so if you need a reason to tey them do ittaste what winner pizza taste like. Read more
