Google says this place is open until 5pm but just stopped by at 3, and door is locked. Employees are on the store. No sign or... anything saying their hours or that they are closed. Second time this has happened recently so I?ll just stop coming here. Read more

UPDATE: The delivery driver just returned with the "missing items" from our order. Still missing the sides that we paid for, but... he did bring us what is obviously a gas station soda? I'm so confused. This is, hands down, the worst Jimmy John's I have everordered from. We have a running joke in the office about whose food is going to get messed up or be missing each time we order.I can't remember the last time we actually got everything we ordered. When you realize your order IS missing something, don'texpect to have it delivered to you or refunded. If you manage to get through to someone in-store over phone, they'll just tellyou they're too busy. I submitted a ticket to the Jimmy John's website regarding an order from a couple of weeks ago that wasmissing four items and I still haven't heard back from them. Today my boss ordered lunch for our team and all of our sides anddrinks were missing. When we asked the delivery driver where they were he said "oh I left them in the car" and never came back.I don't like writing poor reviews but this is unreal. They haven't even corrected their last mistake and they're adding more tothe list. Shame on me for continuing to order from here I guess. I have Celiac Disease and Jimmy John's is one of two localrestaurants that I trust to reliably prepare gluten-free food. Guess I'm down to one now. Read more

Absolutely awful. Ordered 1 sandwich and after 2 hours it had not been delivered. Tried calling multiple times and the phone... just rings and nobody ever answers. Now I have to call my bank to dispute the charge, do not order from here!! Read more

Been there twice and most likely won't return. Both times ordering the unwich (lettuce wrap) it was nearly impossible to eat by... hand, would have been better off in a bowl. At my last visit I watched the person actually throw back some of the lettuce wrapthat wouldn't stay put before wrapping in serving paper. This partly allowed the whole thing to fall apart. I've been a long time customer of JJ and specifically this location. Food quality and service have significantly gone down. My... last three orders have been problematic. They did rectify missing items in a previous order with a gift card. I'm not sure howmany tries I have left ????. Read more

Ordered delivery at 11:40am and still have not received my order and it is 1:06pm. Called the store and they said they were busy... today and my food should be delivered soon. I understand people are busy or understaffed but you should phone the customer andlet them know maybe about the extended wait time, but its been another 20 minutes since I have called the store and still havenot received my food and its less and a 7 minute drive away. If i was not at work I would drive up there myself. ***Correction,the team at the store did make it right, I changed my stars from 1 to 4 because they did their best. Read more

Food was decent but my sandwich was lacking substantial ingredients. It had like 3 pieces of meat and a pinch of lettuce. Tasted... like oily bread with a tiny bit of cheese and meat. Potbelly and Firehouse have similar prices and double the ingredients. WishI could have left more than 3 stars. Read more

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and 30 minuets later it was still not out for delivery. Called to cancel because I... ordered on lunch break and since it was taking forever I couldn't wait. Got asked if i could wait another 20 minuets. NO?? Gotput on hold for over 10 minuets and had to call back again to cancel. Then got the excuse "they're training a new manager". Sothat warrants leaving someone on lunch break on hold for over 10 minuete to CANCEL AN ORDER? Back to work late. Thanks JimmyJohns! Read more
