Good lord taco bell hires the worst people. Came here because the one in olive decided to close early. Tried to order something... for me and someone wise. Lady taking my order didn't even give me a chance to order something else after she told me all "theydidn't have" literally everything I ordered and just told me how much everything else was. I got take out from the drive thru. I ordered nachos and chips. All three containers of cheese were filled one fourth full and... the chips were terrible. The lights were out on the signage at 7:50pm. Terrible all around. Read more

Literally every time you go to this Taco Bell, they either are only doing DoorDash, or they don?t take any orders. They ignorant... as all get out, racist, lazy. Food is always old, and taco shells are hard, especially the chalupas. Make you sit there for 20minutes just pay for your food. Or force you to back out of the drive-thru that is curvy. So if you have a truck don?t even tryto go to this Taco Bell, they will make you back up bc they are lazy and don?t do their job. Read more
Worst service ever ignorant little girl working the window I sat there for 30 minutes. Stuck in the drive thru can't abort no... where to go. The little girl at the window threatened to call the cops cause I asked for a cupholder. Like really what aninconvenience. Probably the worst fast food experience I?ve had in a few years. I try to be extremely understanding because I?ve worked in the... service industry for a decade but when you run out of something, please, tell your customers. Nothing is more frustrating thangetting home realizing 4 out of the 5 items you ordered are missing an ingredient or not there altogether. I ended up going backto try to get my order fixed, when I let them know my tacos were falling apart and I would like them to remake them they said wecan?t do that. I then offered to just buy new tacos, which only seemed to make them more frustrated. I?m only writing thisbecause I really tried to handle this situation as calmly and respectfully as possible but clearly the customer is never rightat this location. Edit: after reading some other reviews i noticed others were having the same problem. Again, I understandthat things are difficult with the worker shortage, but if someone at Taco Bell reads this please, train your employees to treatcustomers with respect. The amount of people who have found your staff to be pushy or rude is unsettling to say the least. Read more
When I finished ordering and got to the window I asked them to change my order from 6 soft tacos to the new family box with 4... hard tacos and 4 beefy burritos for the same price and the manager told the girl at the window she can't change my order at thewindow. It would have been easier to order if the person taking orders could have suggested the family deal for the same price.Their attitudes were horrible and the manager or whoever she was for the evening kept looking back saying what she say. Badcustomer service skills. Also the tacos were stale and the burrito was so burnt that you smell it. It was also stuck to thepaper. Very disappointed. When spent $16 on our order. I pull up at 9:45 pm and they?re open until 2:00 am and the lady says ?sorry we?re not taking any orders at the moment? but the... 2 vehicles in front of me did.
