I think my favorite thing about this location is the employees get to make their own hours. Makes it kind of a fun game to see... if they'll actually choose to take your order or just shut it down an hour or two before they close. Read more

Drive thru line is a bit slow but indoor seating is cleaner and a bit quicker. Better than most STL taco bells for sure

Horrible customer service. Went through the drive through, they charged me for someone elses order which was more expensive then... mine, I questioned the woman on it, she took my card back said she fixed it, I asked again to make sure it was fixed and askedfor a recipient, she said it was fixed and recipient was in bag. When I got home I found no receipt and checked my bank accountand she did not reverse the charges that she promised to. I called to speak with manager today to get this corrected. Managerwas so rude, said there was nothing she could do to help me. I told her the night it happened, she said she was there that nightand no one asked her to reverse any charges.I told her that was proof that the woman did not reverse the charge like he promisedshe would..She ShShe said she would not help me and there's nothing that she could do. I told her you could pull the transactions from the night and she refused to do so. So I told her she is comfortable with having staff who lie and don't knowhow to ring customers out properly, she said she trusts her staff over me. I told her I would be reporting to BBB and write whathappened on goggle review and that they would lose my business and she said she didn't care. Wow customer service is dead. Read more

I would give it a 3 because of the freshness of the food. Everything was there, including 2 items I did not ask for and did not... realize I was charged until I got home. My fault for not paying attention more. The lady working was very nice and I had noquarrels. Just repeat the orders back to customers so there's no mix up. Read more

They literally turn the lights out 2 hours before they are supposed to close just to look closed cuz they don?t want to work. I... put in an order on door dash and they accepted my order but wouldn?t give it to the dasher because they were ?closed?. I oneanswered the window even tho it was 9:30. Imagine the money this location loses the company. They do this allllll the time. It?sa shame. So much for Late night munchies. Read more

Went through the drive through tonight after the baseball game. Employee at the speaker told me it was cash only. Odd, but no... worries. Ordered 5 tacos and a CWS. $15ish total. Didn't receive a crunch wrap at all. Very frustrating considering how slow theplace was. The five tacos were made pretty well though. Read more
