I usually love this place and am always treated nicely but today at 3:48 today I stopped for smokes and to turn in 3 winnings... scratch off tickets and I really don't know how it all went wrong. There were about 4 in line I was 2nd, I st man didn't havehis card. I was asked to move to closed register, no problem my smokes were only in soft pack, took only one, said I wanted tocash in tickets and was told to move aside because 2 were not showing scan bar, she then told me to move aside and get back inline again. Really I had already put up with her attitude and lost it asking her name and for a manager. She said she wasMaddie and it was her store and to get out of her store or sher was going to call the police. Really Maddie, I have workedcustomer service all my life and your management skills are awful. Read more
Staff is amazing and the food is even better. Very well done with management as well. Usually a very clean environment as well.
