The sign next to the door says they close at 8 PM but the doors were locked with the open sign on, and as soon as I went to... attempt to open the door, they turned the open sign off. So they may want to change the hours on the paper that is near the doorso people know the actual hours! Read more
Subway located off Colombia Rd Olmsted Twp. They need to staff it better, that poor kid that was working was swamped, yet... friendly. I placed my order on the Internet, but it didn't matter it wasn't ready. I couldn't be mad at him, it wasn't hisfault. Then what I ordered they were out of, so now I have to make another selection although the Internet allowed me to placethe order, It would be safe to say that Subway and the Internet don't go hand in hand. There were two people in front of me,separately, and there were five people behind me. The Internet orders kept chiming in. I felt so bad for that young man and Ihope everyone was decent to him.
