Been setting 40 minutes plus , ready to request money back and walk out, sure not fast food... Drive through isn't busy, so no... excuse for not being faster, infact 2 came in after us and they got their food first. Would have give -1 Read more
Every time I've gone to this burger king, the food has been incredibly mediocre. I thought maybe I was just catching them at a... bad time. I went in tonight and waited at the empty counter for about 7 minutes. While I was waiting, two other customers cameup to stand behind me at the counter and started talking amongst themselves. A store employee came up, looked right past me andtook the first guys order. I thought maybe they were friends and she was showing him preferential treatment. It happens. Butafter he was finished paying, she continued to ignore me and took the order of the second guy who was behind me. After that shewalked away from the counter. So I left the store. I generally never leave negative reviews because I don't think it's worth mytime, and there's a good chance that maybe the employees were having a bad day. But I have honestly never been so disrespecteddirectly to my face like that. Just completely ignored like I wasn't there, despite standing at the counter waiting all thattime. I know the loss of my business is going to mean nothing to Burger King. But I'm definitely not going to be returning tothis store. There's an Arby's down the street that's open 24/7 anyway. Read more
Often smells terrible. Bad service. Incredibly long wait times. The decent food is almost irrelevant.
Currently waiting in the drive thru for 10+ minutes and I?m the only vehicle in line, nobody has even bothered to say anything... over the intercom to take my order, driving around to the window to see what the deal is, this is probably the 3rd time thatthis has happened here and it?s always, ?oh we?re sorry it must not be working? but this time it was ?oh we?re sorry we don?tpick up big trucks through the drive thru that much??.like seriously I?m in a F250 and have watched numerous trucks this size gothrough. I don?t ever have issues like this anywhere else. Sounds like they?re too busy messing around and not working. I?d giveit less than 1 star if I could. Come on Burger King. drive 32 miles to visit Burger King in Olney Il add my order refused visited on 05-25-2022 I asked to order 10 rodeo... burgers drive thru person replies "are you serious?" I think nothing of it and say ok 6 They reply again saying there's only oneperson making food( really at 1pm? busiest time of day) before I had a chance to speak a different person jumped on the mic andtold me I needed to call in large orders six dollar burgers is definitely not a large order and no one calls in orders they aresupposed to pull you aside to finish making order Read more
Me and a friend both got chicken sandwiches that were incredibly greasy and incredibly salty. As a pregnant woman, this was... incredibly sickening. However the fries were good and the rest was terrible, both old and salty. My friend's chicken sandwichwas also partially raw, talk about a food safety hazard! Read more
