What a joke. Have called up there over five times and no one ever answers. An absolute joke.

I and my daughter went in to get drinks and there was no sweet tea made. This was at noon. I go in this store frequently and the... same assistant manager is there. I asked her if there was gonna be tea made and her response was I don?t know I been busycleaning the bathroom. Me being a manager made a remark to her that isn?t the response you give a customer. The proper responsewould have been: I do apologize for the inconvenience and I will get someone to make some shortly if you would like to wait. There was only a pepperoni pizza and 2 sandwiches to choose from at the busiest time of the day. When we went to check out theonly cashier had 6 people in line and more were lining up. This assistant manager is rude and very uneducated when it comes tocustomer service. I feel she definitely didn?t pay attention to her training. I never have this problem at any other Casey?s Igo to. This specific assistant manager needs to either be retrained or demoted back down to csr. Read more

The new management is rude. If you want to feel like you just ruined someone?s day by buying something than this is the place... for you! Read more

My breakfast pizza's crust was almost raw. Very under cooked. I always order from there but this one was bad.

Employees can't seem to remember what is acceptable during covid19. Cooler is never stocked. Food warmer is usually empty.... Checking out is super slow.. seems you have to play 20 question just to get a drink and cigs. Go to Mach 1, self checkout justto avoid the laziness and plus choices. Read more

Casey's in Olney lacks an active deli restaurant fostered by its sister store in Newton, where u can b much more hands on and... more directive in what wraps, subs, and pizza u wanna buy; here much of what is sold by the deli is made in advance & set out incoolers & display cases for customers to pick up like one size fits all. At least the food they prepare is decent, I just wish Icould tailor my food to my wishes instead of picking up cookie cutter subs and wraps, but at least it's all decently appetizing. The rest of the store is classic convenience store, tho like all such stores in olney they dont sell anything alcoholic againunlike their sister store in Newton, but they do come well stocked in cigarettes for smokers n do have donuts & eclairs at allhours and a healthy candy aisle to pick from. The service I've received is adequate, quick, polite, and determined to get u in &out as quickly as they can muster. The bathrooms have everytime I've used them been clean and well maintained despite theirfairly frequent usage. In short, Casey's is decent to go to but don't expect the tailored service u might get from a Subway orBurger King, yet it will b agreeable edible & filling even if the meal wont check off every box u have in terms of expectationsand personal preferences, as their food is definately made according to a plan and not customer design; but overall as aconvenience store it's ok to decent for what ur getting & using.
