They're under new management and wow you can tell! The manager made it a point to make our experience great by catering to all... of our meal customizations and even telling us of options we didn't even know about! Always super clean too. The only thing good was my coffee. And they was out of french vanilla creamer after only giving me 4. There was no one else in... there. So I was confused on why the service was so bad. When we walked in there was no one at the greeter both. The person whocame to seat us was ok. Another worker walked over to the both and he almost stepped on me and my kids. He didnt even say excuseme. I can go on and on. But the worst part was the syrup. There was no flavored syrup we had to ask for it and they brought 2out in small sauce bowls for a party of 9! It spilled on my mother when she tried to pick it up. What is an IHOP with out thosesyrups? My daughter wanted to go to denny's! Next time I will listen to her! Read more
Came for the $5 2+2+2 deal. Efficient maitre d seated us within 30 seconds of our arrival at 11:30 AM. Joyfully friendly... waitress took our order and brought it quickly. We enjoyed the well-lit and clean interior. Only downside: handicapped parkingis across the street from the restaurant, with "curb - side pickup" assigned to the specs adjacent to the entrance. I got a big steak omelette and French toast and it was $20. I asked for no mushrooms and there were mushrooms and then as I ate... the omelette there was a plastic piece of trash in it that look like it had been picked up from the floor and put into here. Ialmost choked. Read more
I was out visiting and ate at IHOP. I was met immediately and my order was taken.. They were very prompt with competing my... order. It was less crowded when I went in, which made it more better. There was no long line. The place is very clean and quiet.And the food is great!. I will recommend this place to everyone that I meet. Keep up the Awesome job staff. Great customerservice Read more
