Pre-ordered while I was leaving an appointment. Picked up my lack-luster food from a lack-luster restaurant. And WHY did I have... to tip for basic counter service? If cashiers get tips at restaurants, shouldn't shop and grocery cashiers? What about thereceptionist at your doctor's office? Then again, wouldn't that get costly? Where does it stop? It's creepy. The worst experience I?ve ever had at a Jersey Mike?s. When they mixed up my order with another name and turned out to already... have mine ready to go on the table, I tried to retrieve the designated bag. When I did, the associate accused me of ?stealing?.Will not be returning, a huge disappointment. Online ordering process doesn?t work well, this is why I feel this happened. I just want the owner of this location to know I took my son here today 7/31/2022 around 8:15pm and the crew you have working... tonight did a great job making our subs and had great customer service. They really need recognition. We went to anotherlocation and had mold on top of the bread one of our subs and said we would never go back to Jersey mikes but decided to trythis one and I am just thankful for the experience. It would be unusual to actually receive the correct order when ordering on DoorDash. I order the #9 and it never has extra meat,... (which costs extra) or has toppings that were supposed to be removed. The other additional toppings are there so why is itselectively messed up? Read more

Restaurant is being operated by a bunch of kids that doesn?t know anything about customer service, I showed up few days ago and... I advertised them I was going to buy 7 extra big sandwiches , which 3 of them were going to be steak and cheese, their responsewas they couldn?t sell them because they already cleaned up the grill, this was a Saturday 9:32 pm! I then asked to speak with amanager. This ?manager? was another kid without a mask and sneezing and with a strong cough. He said the same about the Grilland well I had no choice and leave, I bough five guys instead, 8 days later I end up with Covid, idk if it was because this kidor somewhere else, but I work from home and he was the only one with cough close to me in those days! This place is probably the worse place to get an Italian sub. They put no meat or cheese on your sub. Literally. Even asking and... paying for double meat this is what it looks like?.. go to another location this place isn?t worth your money! Wheaten,Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg actually make a good sub. They don?t skimp you on meat or cheese and charge you 15$. Read more

It?ll be faster to wait in line and order vs ordering online. I had a 1240 pickup and 30 minutes later I?m still waiting on my... food. Maybe they should prepare the food in order of pickup time. There?s a 115 and 145 that?s already ready for pickup on thetable. Employee just told me that the boss instructed them to prioritize people on the floor. Apparently already having mymoney, i don?t matter. The only reason i got my food faster is because I complained otherwise who knows how much longer theywould have made me wait. *check your order because i heard some People complain they had to come back because they had missingthings from their order. Edit: my sub was cold and too salty. My brother sub was only partially filled. Definitely not comingback here. Read more
