I?m a real papa Johns Fan, I don?t really know what happened this time. My ?New York Pizza Style? was overcooked burn on the... back. This is not a NYC pizza taste also. This store always serves hot fresh food with fast delivery and very respectful attentive delivery people. Out of 12 years worth... of deliveries, I only ever had one or two disappointing orders. The store must be very responsibly managed and hire reallygood folks. Read more
I use their online service to do a carry-out order today. It was a simple two large pizzas with one of their dessert cookie... pies. Normally it should only take about 30 minutes once you place an order to pick up your order. However when I went to gopick up my order, it wasn't ready. Mind you, I did not ask for a plan ahead time. Placed an order and expected to pick it upwithin 30 minutes. By the time my order was ready 52 minutes had already went by. I don't know if it was their system or if itwas just they didn't have my order ready. What I do know is that it shouldn't take an hour for an order like that to be readyespecially when I stood in there and it was not even busy. The service is totally unreliable. Recently, I ordered a pizza and when an hour and 15 minutes later it still hadn't arrived, I... called to find out what was going on. The store talked to the delivery driver and let me know it would be another 10 minutes. Pizza still didn't come for another 15 minutes... and when it got here it wasn't even warm. Would have been nice if they letyou know ahead of time that immediate service would take an hour and a half. Even the confirmation email said 55 minutes whichis a bit long, but it's certainly not an hour and a half. Totally not worth it especially for cold pizza. Read more
OMG I LOVE PAPA JOHNS SO MUCH!!! Literally the best pizzas I've ever had. These people really know what they're doing. I... always get the Garden Fresh since I'm a vegetarian, and their pizzas are absolutely amazing. The crust is soft and chewy whilebeing a bit crisp at the same time tho never burnt. The toppings are pretty generous and they have a lot of flavour to them(bell pepper on pizza is amazing omg). The sauce is so delicious and the whole pizza has just so much flavour to it! Thepizzas never leave me feeling hungry nor bloated, they're perfect. They even TASTE healthy!!! I even eat all the cheese offthe pizzas, with most other pizzas I'll put most of the cheese off to the side and such bc I'm not a big fan of cheese tbh, butOMG even the cheese on this is good. I usually don't like tomatoes on pizza but omg Papa Johns just makes it work. Papa Johnsjust makes everything work!!! I love that they add in little containers of garlic dipping sauce PLUS jalapenos on the side forno extra cost. I seriously love this place and will ALWAYS get my pizzas here!!! <3 Read more
