Worst service I have ever experienced! Not crowded and a lot of servers but.... no service. Drinks empty, appetizer dishes piled... high, no food for literally 45 minutes, no waiter in sight! Manager took 10 minutes to come to the table. Answer? "I will giveyou a free dessert". How insulting! There for over an hour and NEVER received our food or an explanation. When will managerslearn... we aren't looking for free food.... we are looking for great food and even better service. A free dessert has yet tochange my opinion on horrendous service!! Read more

We booked a party of 45 for a soccer tournament and got there a little early. They were seating us outside and we explained the... girls needed AC so they moved us inside. Then the team couldn’t get out of the tournament because traffic was so bad so thereended up with only 10 of us. The manager Sean was so flexible, understanding and even bought us a beer! As someone who has owned and managed two successful restaurants, I’m not one for leaving bad reviews however this experience... left my family and I feeling extremely uncomfortable and without any of our meals. After waiting to be seated, before we wererudely approached by our server, we had overheard her complaining to her coworker about having to serve us despite therestaurant being empty aside from one other table directly behind us. We ordered a Caesar salad, a bowl of chili, and 2 burgers which never came out, nor did our server check on us more than a single time after being there over half an hour.Save your moneyand time. We used to love coming here, always found it kid friendly and nice staff and good food. And happy to support our local GT. The... food was good last night, but I have to agree with other negative reviewers, something changed. Service was always slow herehonestly, but I think it got worse. I had to get up from the table to ask for something twice - and these were basic things, notspecial requests (tarter sauce for fish fry AND the check). We waited SO long for everything. The server never once passed byour table to see if we needed anything else, we couldn't actually get their attention at all. We are not a high maintenancebunch, but this was rough even for us. Ordered some honey old bay wings and a pulled BBQ pork sandwich with crab fries. There were no crab fries. The manager gave me a... refund of the sandwich to make up. The sandwich barely had any BBQ sauce at all. The wings have maybe a sprinkle of old bay. Nohoney. And some of the wings seem under cooked. I am totally disappointed in my food experience. This is where the locals come to hang out! That is a perfect Cesar Salad, and the shrimp tacos are defiantly worth it too ????... My friends that introduced me to this place come back on a weekly basis, and I can see why. It’s that good! Read more
