Went for lunch. I rather unfairly compare all chicken places to Stroud?s on 85th and Troost in KCMO and that?s why four stars... here. But still, the fried chicken here looked amazing. It?s color could be the standard for what all other fried chickencould be compared to. It tasted good. It was fried chicken. They didn?t have mashed potatoes and gravy but I probably wouldstill have chosen the baked potato. Worst part of the experience was an annoying fly buzzing around but it went away after notoo long. I wish I?d tried the pie but I rarely do dessert. Good place for lunch. Would go again. Read more
Wonderful. The staff was lovely and hard working. The coffee tasted great. The menu was nice and easy to understand. The chicken... was the best friend chicken I've ever had. I got a thigh and a breast and it was the crispiest chicken I've ever had. I've livedall over the south and have had some fried chicken but that was the best I've ever had. Protip: get a side of gravy with thedinner meal. They also serve hash browns as a side. They have home made pie as well. I enjoyed ever bit. Read more
First timer chicken ????????10/10 Me and my hubby came for dinner ????? and I got the chicken strip dinner super juicy and... delicious ???? those strips where big well worth it. My hubby got the ribeye steak ???? dinner and man oh man they are notstingy at all, mashed potatoes where bomb!! Place was clean restrooms where very clean and the waitress Naya was super friendlygreat customer service very attentive ???????? great job. We will definitely be back.
