3-3.5 star for me. Nice, cozy Filipino restaurant in the Lacey area. As soon as I walked in, the smell reminded me of one of my... relative's house with the aroma of Filipino cuisine being cooked. We ordered lumpia shanghai for an appetizer. My gf ordered theGinataang dish and I ordered the Lechon. Both dishes were flavorful. I am a Filipino and I really love cooking Filipino dishes. When we moved in recently to Olympia, we were tired and we were... craving for a Filipino dish. It?s our first time to try Cebu Restaurant. We were expecting too much, but it led us todisappointment. The cravings went out so fast that we didn?t finish everything that we ordered. The food was too oily. Theservings were too small for what was charged. I remember the lady in the restaurant said to ?enjoy the meal? but we weren?thappy at all. This Restaurant practices absolutely poor customer service. Pre-ordered my items and was told by the person running the place... (Cebu Filipino Restaurant) to pick it up after half an hour. This waiting time extended out to an hour. The place is not lettingcustomers to wait inside but outside of the Restaurant. Finally when I did the payment, although it was said during the phoneorder that method of payment is cash, the person said, he didn't have the change for it and said: "come back after you had itchanged because it's too early for cash payment".
