I paid for 2 drinks, 1 extra frosting, and 2 cinmamon rolls. I was told the drink machine is broken, so I couldn't get any... drinks. Apparently they make mocha and lemonade in the same machine? Anyways, I didn't receive my drinks and I didn't receive myextra frosting, but I was charged for all of it. Tried calling back to sort it out and nobody would answer. Read more
I don't understand how all drink machines except soda are broken. Sounds like a lie to me. On top of that they stole the money... for those drinks as well as the charge for the extra frosting I did not receive, and then failed to answer the phone to rectifythe situation. Absolute THIEVES! Read more
I had ordered a center of the roll and thought I would get a fresh one but no they gave me one on the display which was not... efficiently covered. And immediately that day got a sore throat to be later diagnosed as pharyngitis with complications. Do notgo here if you care about public health and cleanliness. Read more

I'll give them credit they do have not bad customer service. The line was very slow ???? and they're definitely understaffed.... Been here a few times a couple times The Cinnabon was over cooked. I definitely won't be going to this one much more. Read more

The absolute WORST franchise Cinnabon I have ever been to! I called 8 times 2 hours before arriving. No answer. I get there and... ask for 6 rolls with no frosting due to allergies of the frosting. I had no problem waiting if need be. NOPE! We can?t sell themunfrosted. I told the girl I am allergic,AGAIN! Nope! The other kid pulls a fresh pan of rolls out of the oven and sets them bythe girl. I asked to purchase those and I did not want any discount and even said just put the frosting on the side in acontainer. NOPE! They can?t put them in a box until they are frosted. I said can you pretend to frost them and them sell them tome. Nope! Call ahead and preorder. I showed my phone and the 8 calls. Oh our phone lines are down. So how am I supposed topreorder? Place an order now and come back tomorrow to get them. And what is wrong with selling the ones next to her, are theyalready sold? NOPE! Those are for the case.
