My pizza had half the toppings fall off on the ride to my house. It did not have mushrooms on it. The second pizza was a BBQ... chicken pizza. It was supposed to have extra cheese but was thin for an extra $5 on a medium pizza. Read more
My pizza is practically inedible, but I can?t return it at this point. There is double the amount of tomato sauce on my pizza... than toppings. I hoped the second slice would be better, but I literally have to scrape off the toppings to remove the excesstomato sauce before I can actually eat it. Nasty! What a waste of money! Read more
Horrible Customer Service. On Saturday 06/26They got my order wrong. Refused to do anything. Make it right or a refund. They... said only Corporate can give a refund. Offered me a free $20 pizza for messing up a $50 Pizza. Called again the next day 06/27.Spoke to Jacob, he offered a partial refund after I was told only Corporate does refunds. General Manager refused to get on thephone. Jacob the assistant manager hung up on me, very professional. Called back 06/28 and spoke to the General Manager. She wasvery rude and unprofessional. Refused to give me a refund, refused any help. Said that I have only ordered twice from them frommy phone number. I changed my number. Use to order from here once a week. No longer will I be. The Employees and Managers arevery immature, unprofessional, rude, and will blame you for an order they messed up. The Quality Check is False Advertising, ifthey actually did a quality check, no wrong order would leave that store! I recommend staying away from this place. You willhave to contact your bank for any disputed charges. This Dominoes thinks they can mess your order up, refuse you a refund, andget away with it. My bank got me my money back. Read more
Horrible Customer Service. Orderede 2 Wisconsin 6 cheese pizzas. One with Garlic & Feta added. The other Chicken, Bacon, Garlic,... and Feta added. We received 2 Wisconsin 6 Cheese Pizza with out any toppings we added. Refused to refund and said they couldn'tdo a refund due to an online order, told us to contact corporate when we called. Called again the next day. They said we willgive you a partial refund, I refused and wanted a complete refund as the sale is illegal under Washington State Law. Theyrefused to let me talk to the General Manager or the GM refused to get on the phone. I have never had a Pizza order get messedup. How is it that a wrongfully made Pizza gets passed the supposed check for quality? Thats False Advertising. They don'tcheck quality, if they did, a Pizza missing toppings wouldn't pass the quality check. Horrible Customer Service, HorribleManagers, we will find out what kind of Franchise Owner they have. This is a very solid Domino's - they always get my orders right, and it seems to always be Lisa who's making my pizza. She's a... pro, lol. The spinach & feta bread bakes that this place makes are especially good, always the right amount of crispy and superhot when they arrive. They're stellar, and like this location & the employees there, 5/5 for sure. Read more
Excellent customer service. Had a very minor issue with our orders not being cut correctly and the management took it way more... seriously than we thought was necessary. It seems to be effective in that our subsequent orders have so far been cut asrequested though. Read more
Outstanding management, her name is Lisa!! Lisa is kind, caring, sensitive, compassionate and wonderful to my son who has... Autism/disability. My son has made friendship with Lisa from first day we visited. She made special effort and gone out of wayto engage with my son who was very shy. Lisa has patience and caring heart. Thank you Domino Pizza for having 5 star manager. Iask if I can have picture of Ryan and her so he can share what he did today. She said "yes". I am so grateful to have such awonderful person like Lisa in a leadership role in our community. Pizza, chicken we ordered was outstanding. We are going toorder some pizza for his birthday party. I ordered a pizza at 4:48. The young lady on the phone was absolutely delightful! Hearkens back to the days when customer... service was a valued commodity ! The Pizza arrived at my door at 5:15 and was piping hot , incredibly delicious with a tenderyet slightly crunchy crust that had the taste of butter and parmesian cheese .
