Had the appetizer chicken Cascadia. I also tried their Gingersnap holiday hot chocolate. Both were yummy.
Only good thing was the food. The staff was fighting and gossiping about who they didn?t like in the kitchen. We never got a... refill the whole meal because they were too busy gossiping in the back. The dining area was filthy and when I got a glimpse ofthe kitchen I should have left. The floors looked like they hadn?t been swept since the day before and our ?clean? table hadfood all over it. There were kids handprints everywhere and the windows showed the neglect of daily cleaning tasks. The staffwere handling food without gloves and eating in the kitchen. We stopped here while traveling and it was not terribly busy. My husband got the pablano omelet and I had the pancake combo... with blueberry pancakes. My breakfast was awesome - I loved it. I tasted my husband's omelet and, if it had been me who orderedit, I would have sent it back. There were green bell peppers and jalapeños but no sign of pablanos. My oldest daughter and I came to IHOP for breakfast. We both enjoyed our food so much!! We have gluten allergies, and were so... happy with the gluten-free pancakes and waffles. What?s great is that our waitress noticed our possible dietary restriction. Sowhen we also ordered an omelette, she let us know that omelettes normally have flour to make them more fluffy. She asked if wewanted cracked eggs instead. Thank you for noticing!! We appreciate it. The only thing that would take the experience to thenext level: get stevia packets as an option for coffee. This happens every single time I come here. I asked for the yolk mostly cooked and this happened after I transferred them off my... plate. I was trying to be careful. They started off great but the waitress never came to check on me or anything. I finished mydrink just to see how quickly she would notice the eggs. We had breakfast for lunch. It was a very positive experience. Our waitress (Patty H)was very pleasant, friendly and... professional. We ordered a Spinach/mushroom omelette and a Poblano omelette. Both were fresh and delicious. Read more
My family and I went to this IHOP about an hour before closing; they just flew in and it was one of the few places still... open. The waitress was rude at first, trying to guilt trip us to leave but she warmed up to us when she realized we weren'teating there just to spite her. The food was okay and the booth I sat in was almost entirely duct tape that was trying to covera hole. I've ate here before and it was lackluster also. I think I'm done eating at this IHOP. Read more
The service I experienced here was great. The server was quick friendly and checked in on us many times. The food was made well... and to order. Their actual supply of food was a little lacking and limited what could be ordered but wasn't a big issue forus. However this restaurant needs to take a day or two and close its doors and deep clean the entire restaurant. There is avery thick noticeable layer of dust on the ledges the lamps that hang over the tables you eat at everywhere. The bathrooms tooneeded a deep cleanning. It's very obvious this place is lacking in its care to keep things clean. Read more
