Their drive thru menu items don't reflect the price charged before tax. No special orders, no extra anything. Ex: breakfast... Jack's are listed at $4.19 on menu, but i was charged $4.29 before tax. Wouldn't doubt if there were other discrepancies. Ibelieve we all understand inflation, but prices should be reflected accurately. Read more
Went there this morning. Ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwich, sourdough and Swiss sandwich, 3 hashbrowns and breakfast... burrito. Kid had just been yelled at by someone else in the drive through so I understand if he had nerves. The only correctitem we received was 3 hashbrowns. They felt like throwing in 2 tacos, a chicken and tomato sandwich, and a sausage egg thingthat was literally swimming in hot sauce. Almost like they said, screw the next 5 cars in line after getting yelled at bysomeone, who I?m betting got the wrong order. Got here at 5. It's 530. Still waiting on our small order to feed these kids. This place needs staff and repairs. Get it... together people. The owner needs to pull his you know what out of you know where and stop lining his bank account with terribleneglect and a refusal to hire and pay reliable staff! This is suppose to be fast food. They refused to fulfill a confirmed DoorDash pickup order. Called DoorDash to confirm and they stated that this jack in the box... had confirmed the order and there was no reason that they should not have been able to make it. The guy at the drive throughsaid he couldn?t make it, and was very rude-automatically acting like it was a burden that we were there. we offered to pull upto the drive through window to show the confirmation for the order and he just stated that his manager said the they couldn?tmake the Order, even though we had confirmation on both ends and proof of said confirmation. Food was not made to the standards of other Jack In The Box. We ordered two chicken potato melt munchie meals and a grilled... chicken meal. None of it was cooked correctly and there was hardly any cheese on any of it. One slice that was unrelated. Thebuns for everything were not heated or grilled as at other stores. We are very disappointed in this store and don't plan topurchase food from there again. Read more
If I could give less of a star rating and still add a review I most definitely would! Every time I come here for late night they... are ?closed or their system is down?. Then update your hours Jack in the box! It clearly states you?re open 24 hours whengoogling the specific location. How do you honestly make any money? And the customer service here is less than ideal. It is veryinconvenient and quite ridiculous. You?re affecting my paycheck. I?m not here to order food to eat I?m here as an Uber drivertrying to pay my bills and now a 15 dollar delivery just turned in to a 3 dollar inconvenience fee paid by customer support. Sothanks for the snarky rude attitude and thanks for being closed when your service hours still state you?re open 24 hours.Hopefully you can get it together and become a restaurant that is a pleasure to visit again soon! A few days ago I ordered a Grilled Chicken salad. Instead, I got a bacon? salad with slimy cucumbers and brown slimy lettuce.... Today I got a got a Sourdough Grilled Chicken sandwich with no bacon. Not only did it have bacon on it, it also had a bread tabinside of it. My small dry was also cold and 1/3 of the way full. I?m done with this Jack in the Box. Read more
