UPDATED - dropped from 2 stars to 1 due to canned owner response; must not really care. Also owner, the link your listing below... in your replies to these negative comments are coming up as hazardous sites by my malware. I order JJ's quite a bit because I'ma HUGE fan. Usually, they are great but the last few times things have gone sideways. I have received the wrong sandwich, haditems not included, and today had a driver unable/unwilling to deliver. This really stinks when you only have a small lunchwindow, for me, unfortunately, it means I don't eat until I get home for dinner. The manager has always been kind andapologetic, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Going elsewhere from now on JJ. Hope y'all figure things out there. Read more
Not the place to stop if you are in a hurry. Food is good and fresh. They need more workers. I hope you find some help soon.

I missed a take out order for work on a Sunday because they were closed. I don't agree with that business decision but I... accepted it. Tonight, Thursday, they were closed early, at 17:45, dinner time, for Veteran's Day. Is this a federal sandwichshop? Untrustworthy. I ended up paying exorbitant fees for Uber Eats to deliver to my job. I won't risk going here again. Thefood joints around Olympia remind me of small, beach town eateries. 5/5 as compared to other Jimmy John's. Excellent customer service. Clean and quick. Prepared correctly and tasted how I expected... it would. I get the the bootlegger #14 without tomato please. There was a huge double rainbow outside over the location... Maybeit's lucky. ???? Read more
Terrible customer service and my $7.50 sandwich was less than tasty. The bread was hard, the ham slice (not slices)was so thin... and the two tomatoes were the size of quarters. So disappointing, I threw it in the garbage. Will not go here again. Read more
Nobody behind the counter the first 2 minutes I was in there. Then the Sandwich maker woman came out from the kitchen with both... cheeks STUFFED full of food. She put on gloves without washing her hands all while chewing next to the food line. The sandwichwas "okay" not as good as usual from other sites. Read more
