Got $35 dollars worth of food in drive thru and rude woman at second window said if we want more then 1 sauce she has to charge... us for it. So i said ok ranch.. she parked us and we waited for food then LOL no 1 ranch. Never had someone at any McDonald'son the planet say that. So lame and annoying, won't be back ???? Read more

Friendly employees, fast service. Accurate order. Hot food was hot, cold was cold, clean and accessible restrooms. No private... dining booths, no outdoor seating. No playground. Pretty straightforward. It was clean and not crowded. Read more

id first like to say, the ladies in the drive thru were AWESOME! taking orders and preparing them while also pushing the line... together. i am here to talk about the manager on shift tonight who i could literally hear throwing dishing around in the backbecause he was upset. i asked the sweet lady in the drive thru why he was making so much noise, and she said that she was sobusy earlier, that she forgot to start some cookies. a grown man, THE MANAGER, was having a fit in the back, throwing dishesaround over some COOKIES. while leaving the two ladies to run everything. we waited a while, but it was understandable. we couldsee the manager angrily grabbing dishes, and we could hear him throwing them in the back. completely unacceptable behavior fromnot only the manger, but a grown man working w two young girls. i am sure they both were so uncomfortable and exhausted havingto push orders while he makes a mess in everyone?s work space. our food was excellent and the ladies were so efficient and calm.however, this manager needs an accountability check. and maybe a pay decrease. My food was stale, our order was almost $40 they forgot part of our food fries were stale and my 20 piece chicken nuggets came... as a 10 piece and an over cooked chicken breast. I?ve tried to call the establishment more than 2 dozen times. I had alreadygone back for the missing food before I seen that instead of 20 nuggets we got 10 and a chicken fillet. If I could give them nostars I would. There?s no customer service and the woman at the window was rude and got irritated when I asked for straws forour drinks. It was unusually cold inside, the restrooms were locked, and am associate could not be found to retrieve the bathroom code.... Mobile ordering was successful, but that speaks to the McDonald's software. As for this specific location, it's not great. Read more
