I ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza, bread sticks, and a soda. I was in the area because my car was getting worked on.... Restaurant was peaceful, order was fast and accurate. Staff were friendly and courteous. They had this t.v. on where you couldwatch videos of cute little animals while you waited. Read more
Haven't been here in so long but have just been waiting for the salad bar to come back as it was the highlight of Pizza Hut for... me and my family :(. Before the pandemic the one waitress would always be in there and would be very kind and helpful and madesure the salad bar was always stocked with everything. AVOID WALK IN ORDERS!! I walked in to order, A couple who came in well after I ordered (like between 5-10 min) walked in and... placed an order, they left and waited in their car while I sat in a booth inside and waited. The couple came back in and gottheir food and mine was never called ready to collect or put away to warm, staff forgot, I asked why and the person had theaudacity to say "they had smaller items so it was faster" like no one knows how a belt fed oven rack works. They then almostgave me wrong order with extra items I did not order. By the time I got home some cheese congealed, so pizza was cold bad taste. Read more
Had an great dinner at the west side olympia pizza hut. All the food was good and the manager Jeff went above and beyond to take... care of us. Some of the best service I have had in awhile. I'll definitely be back if for no other reason then Jeff. Keep it up Read more
We had a party of 17 and Jeff was the first person we saw when we arrived and was the only person to help our crazy family and... it was not the easiest bunch of people to get an order out of, not was the pepperoni pizza with no cheese easy to accommodate.One of the pizzas had a few air pockets, so he didn't charge for it. Best pizza place experience since I was a kid!!! We all arefor around $100, kind of good experience!!!
