Nice and clean newer store. Coffee was standard Starbucks, but they, thankfully, didn't burn the shot. Three stars because... they weren't very friendly at all, no eye contact, no smiles, not really even thank you's. It felt like they didn't like usbecause we were two guys, together. This may seem like something small to you, reader, but it was an important socializing step for me which I feel like I terribly... failed at. The cashier walked away as I was mid-order on our first drink to start making it (I assume they thought that I wasfinished because they couldn't hear me? Even though I was still standing at the counter, not having paid.) They started talkingwith all of their co-workers. I tried to raise my voice, to get their attention, because I wanted to modify and add thingsbefore my order had to be tossed, at which point my friend took over because they could tell that I was trying not to get upset.I kept quiet so as to not cause tension or an awkward waiting moment. This experience was definitely was a hit on my self-esteemand confidence. We barely made it back in time to the car for me to have a panic attack in. I hope I can return here some timein the future & try again, but I'll just avoid this area for now.. Read more
I go there 2 to 3 times very early in AM and when I went to pay I realized I forgot my wallet. I told them what happened and... that I was sorry. I was just going to leave but they told me not to worry about it and gave me one anyway. And they've alwaysbeen very friendly. That's why I like going there, very friendly and good customer service!!!!!!! Read more
This is our favorite Starbucks in town because it has a drive thru & it has the best selection of food & baked goods. The staff... is always super friendly & my order is always perfect. All thumbs up! Read more
The shift manager is rude in a very passive aggressive way. She ignores you for several moments when you're ready to order. She... is very curt and I've never heard her use please or thank you. Overall rude behaves as if she'd rather be someplace else andthat she is doing you a favor taking your order. If i see her i usually will just go straight into the grocery store and avoidgiving Starbucks my business. It's a shame because the drinks are good and the rest of the barista are good, this one ruins itthough. Read more

Starbuck always does a phenomenal job with food accuracy, speedy preparation, and great customer service. I had my order handled... in a quick fashion and the baristas were making conversations which was extremely nice. Always a great place. Read more
