Although this is my favorite Starbucks I've never gone an evening so I went and it's 7:1 0 and the lights are on the lights also... on in the drive-thru and nobody said anything like sorry we're closed or turned off any of the sign so I sat there for a fewminutes thinking if they are closed someone will say something if not could it be a few employees and they're a little busy whenI was a store supervisor for Starbucks we would turn off all of the signage for the drive-thru cuz that's the best way to letpeople know that you are indeed closed for the evening I wasn't the only person I realized to be confused by this as others cameafter me Read more

I Like it when the Starbucks employees give you a little cup to sample their drinks. It makes me want to get it after I have... tried it. I wish they would do that once in a while? Didn?t get what I ordered, who knew a flavored steamer would be hard and I got an attitude back, like I was the one who tasted... it wrong. Bad service. Shop at that store all the time, but will never try that coffee shop again. Totally ruined my need forhappy coffee moment. Read more
