Starr was My sandwich artist, and She made My food exactly the way I wanted it, great location too. Wish it wasn't closing soon,... apparently they don't get enough business with Meconi's there across the street. Sad though, great location, only 3-4 easilywalkable blocks to yummy deliciousness, and they are open til 8 pm, an hour or so later than Meconi's Italian Subs directlyacross the Capital. Read more

I only give this place two stars because I grew up eating Subway turkey sandwiches. What I don't like is that every time we go... in there we seem to be bothering the staff. Also the last time I went there the staff member put his mask on after seeing methere for a minute or two. Bottom line: it's Subway. You won't leave satisfied but again it's Subway so I'll probably be back.Just infrequently. Read more
I ordered a sandwich online, with extra meat which I paid for. It was the worst sandwich I had ever gotten from Subway. when you... get a meatball sandwich you expect there to be some kind of sauce with it. When I got my sandwich it was the driest thing youcould ever see. The employee told me that they ran out of meatballs so I couldn't have the extra meat which I was charged for. Iwas informed that I couldn't get a refund for the sandwich. I ended up spending an extra $15 at the restaurant across thestreet. Which was a whole lot better Read more

This subway has been one of my local places for work lunches. I recommend ordering online. They always have everything ready... by the time of arrival. Ingredients are fresh. Staff is friendly. The only downside is that they are not accepting coupons atthis time. I get that because of everything going on in the world though. There is even a small parking lot behind thebuilding for customers. Pretty much unheard of for downtown Olympia. Read more
I go here because it's very close to where I live. I haven't had a problem with the food, however some of the staff needs to... work on their work ethic. I wanted to sit down and and eat, but the tables had crumbs on them and looked like they should havebeen wiped down. The girl working there just went to the back and sat down. There were no other customers, which means she couldhave been cleaning the lobby. This tends to be an issue at this location. IveI worked at Subway before, and this to me is a poordisplay of work ethic. So it's getting a low rating due to this. I also saw someone else comment about having to wait forsomeone to help them.
