Love Wendy's - decided to stop off to try their holiday peppermint Frosty as a treat for my wife and I. (side note - could not... get their app to work so I figured I just stop in and place my order). Arrived and there were three cars in the drive thruahead of me - not too bad. Should have the Frosties shortly. And... that's where I sat for about ten minutes. What the heckcould the front car be ordering that was taking so long. The car ahead of me finally had enough and left. That gave me enoughroom to pull up so I could get out of the line, park, and order inside. There were no other cars there and just one personsitting at a table eating. This was the perfect plan! Pulled into a convenient spot close to the door and walked over. Hmmm...door was locked. Then I see the handwritten note posted to the door saying due to being severely short staffed, they wereonly serving via the drive thru and we're very sorry. Ugh! That sucks big time! The one person who was eating at a table wasan employee on what I am sure was a very well-deserved break. Fully understand and support that. Quickly hop back in my car toget back in line as getting the Peppermint Frosties had become a mission. I would not leave empty handed. In the less than twominutes I was out of line, two more cars pulled in. Curses! Making my way to the back of the line I decided to chillax. Afteranother ten minutes or so the front car moved! After another ten minutes I had my two peppermint Frosties. The peppermintFrosties were pretty good. Nice holiday treat, but I think I will stick to the chocolate Frosty. It is unfortunate that theyare so short on staffing that this would happen. Hopefully they will be able to get the staff they need. Read more
If you want to sit in the drive threw for 30 mins without a single car moving then come here... literally food doesn't take that... to cook so there's no reason for it Read more

Sometimes this Wendy's will get an brief influx of people who are hard working and care about doing a good job, but they never... stay long. More often than not the employees here obviously hate their jobs and couldn't care less about fulfilling your order.They often get at least one thing wrong, and I'm ordering for multiple people so I understand there's a higher chance for error.No biggie. But today they got every single order wrong and I can't bring myself to have them correct it because the guy at thewindow seems to hate his life enough as it is... ugh. Don't go here. The one by Fred Meyer is better, always crazy busy, but atleast you'll get what you paid for. Read more
Some personal have a very bad actitud, Today I enter the restaurant i was in front of the register to order and the manager... told me they was closed. So i just trespass the door with magic. And the people that was inside are invisible ??? It was justme. That?s not good costumer service. And the way she told me was very arrogant. Read more
If you ever had Wendy's before. Your food should meet the same expectations as the majority of other locations. The drive thru... was busy & slower than normal locations when I visited for a quick late night food craving. I notice the location was open forwalk in. We have two Wendy's in Lacey, Washington, this establishment is by far the better of the two. The staff here actually care... about there customers. For that reason my wife and I will continue eating at this fast food restaurant. To all the staff,thank you for the great customer service. Read more
