This place is truly too good for Olyphant. The quality is on par with a vibrant and bustling city café. Most items are homemade... and crafted with expertise. The chef has an eye for detail. His fried chicken sandwich was Katsu style and was well seasoned andsupremely juicy. Shoestring fries were hand cut and addictive. I'm still thinking about the fresh donut holes that werewonderfully reminiscent of the treats you will find at a state fair. I've gone here for breakfast as well many a time and haveyet to be disappointed. It's an excellent value and one of the better options in the subpar valley area. Read more
