I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I had high hopes and high expectations for this place but was beyond disappointed. I... ordered delivery through uber eats and when my food arrived the smell alone was a turn off?. It smelled like wet dog & dog food.I ordered the short rib meal and honey garlic chicken. The mashed potatoes were instant potatoes?.. low quality just nasty andthe short ribs ????? Idk what they served me but it deff wasn?t short ribs. The smell taste texture? I wasn?t bout to risk foodpoisoning so in the trash it went?.I was hoping the wings would?ve saved the day but they were wet dry and unflavored all at thesame time. Loved the siracha buttered popcorn! We popped in for lunch during our travels to apple cider mills. Service was GREAT! Burger... and fries were great! Fish and chips were ok. I loved the atmosphere. Would definitely go back! Read more
Terrible. Took clients here food wasn't bad before but, it's on the decline. Got the smothered chicken with bacon. See photos... bacon as tough as Jerky. Chicken all odd ball sizes not cooked properly. And then the mashed potatoes ahh let me say this if youare going to serve instant potoes please atleast you a better quality. Great food and good service. Slightly upscale in price but the quality of food and drinks is commensurate with the prices. Beer... selection is not bad, if your a craft beer aficionado your choices are somewhat limited but the craft beers they do have are ofa good quality. Very picturesce even being right in downtown Olyphant. Parking is street mostly and limited on weekends, butthere's a new public parking lot next to Family Dollar, fees charged but convenient. Wait staff and bartenders are knowledgeableand usually staffed for appropriate or minimal wait times. Given most upscale locations in the area close early even onweekends, this a gem open later on weekends. 11 PM on Friday and Saturday nights, 10 PM on other night. My husband and I always make a point to stop at Otown anytime we are in the area! Which is about twice a year. Their food is... awesome, service is great,and the amount of food for the price you pay is unbeatable. They also make the best mixed drinks andhave cute little names for them. Don't forget about the fish bowls also very delicious! Read more
Came in as a party of 2. We ordered the chicken and waffle slider, spinach and artichoke dip with nacho chips, California... artisan flatbread and california artisan sandwich with fries and hot apple sides. Our waitress Danielle was great; veryattentive and did well with relaying our order to the cooks. All of the food had fresh ingredients but the chicken and waffleslider was the biggest disappointment. Both the original and remade order were made with a frozen waffle that was directly friedinstead of thawed. It wasn't only burned but hard, dry, without flavor and didn't meet the value that it was priced. The 2ndcame out worst than the first. I expected at least a fresh Belgian waffle or some sort of funnel cake like take on the dish, butthe chicken wasn't enough to save it. Read more
Spent $120. bayou pasta was pretty good with one slice of bread cut in half as supposed garlic bread, wasn't even an attempt to... try. Burger with lobster was NOT loaded, cheap iceberg lettuce, no flavor, just average. Steak and cheese egg rolls were smallsections, not stuffed. Pickles were burned some and not much there, rated 2 stars because had french onion and red pepper bisquewere good and so were the wings, I said wet and they weren't at all, so ask twice so they know you actually want sauce. Hotwings come with jalapenos no real sauce, weird. Fish bowl is $15 Mostly paying for ice and watered down, not worth it. All inall, mad we waited so long to try it and were completely disappointed.
