Low quality the meat does not taste like meat at all. Cold and dry tastes nothing like hamburger.
Food was hot and fresh!!! Quickly made!!! Eat here before you get on your flight!!!!
We came to the airport early to have A&W because online it says open until 9. I got here with my family and it closed at 5pm and... none of the other stores were open. Very disappointed. Read more
Bad experience, but that seems to be more likely with a captive audience. From the start, the service was lackluster...beginning... with walking up to the counter not knowing how this 3-in-1 restaurant concept worked, and the two employees just looking at us.After ordering our food, again, we were just stared at as if we should know what to do, before we finally asked how they let usknow when our food is ready. So we took a seat at a table around the corner and waited, and waited. After a while, I finallyreturned to the counter to find out they either never made our food or gave it away to someone else. I stayed and watched whilethe burgers were made over again. The two employees griped at each other about whose fault it was and complained that theirrelief wasn't in yet right in front of customers. The food ended up being decent when we finally got it, but I'd try to eatbefore you get to the Omaha airport...not the best options there. Read more
Wow. Stopped to get some food after our flight. Didn't even get that far. The man ignored us and kept mopping. Finally asked us... if we knew what we wanted and when we said yes he gave us an eye roll (a grown man doing an eyeroll!?). Just kept mopping. So wewalked. Read more
Burger greasy and cold. Bun at least 2 days old and hard. Staff was slow and uncommunicative. Maybe bad timing but I won't try... again. The Taco Bell and KFC at the other end of the terminal is a short walk and a much better choice. Read more
Pitiful, the only thing we got we ordered was the drink. Ordered onion rings didn't make them so they just threw some fries on... the try. They forgot to ask if that's what we wanted to do. Got a hot dog ordered a cheese burger. Cold fires I might add. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE. On day 3 of horrible food poisoning from eating here Saturday evening before my flight. Should?ve thrown it... away when he gave me an old cooked patty, cold cheese, and a stale bun but I grew up eating A&W and wanted it so badly before myflight after Thanksgiving. Thanks for ruining my favorite childhood place. I WILL NEVER EAT AT A&W AGAIN. Read more
