Literally spent 20 minutes in the drive-through with my car running at the Ralston location tonight at 6:30 pm only to be told... at the window ?can you give me a second our system?s down?. And then the girl disappeared while I?m sitting there at the windowwaiting to pay & receive my food. No updates, apologies, nothing from either her or Manager, just had me & other cars sit therefor 10 minutes. At least send someone out to update others and close the drive thru until you address the ?system issue?. What adisgrace to the food and beverage industry. Business owners complain that they don?t have business. This is a prime example ofwhy. Never did receive an update or food so I took off. Plenty of other competitors across the street including Jimmy John?s andPepper Jax. People have better things to do than burn gas in your drive-through while waiting to give you business. A simpleupdate would?ve been appreciated. Take my cash & hand over food, it?s that simple. Fix the ?system? after putting customersfirst. Staff obviously didn?t care. Read more

I will never understand how you make such poor nachos with an EMPTY drive-through. Ordered with ground beef, cheese, and sour... cream. I got ground beef galore, clumped cheese, and a teaspoon of sour cream. Definitely never coming back to this location Read more
