Horrible experience. First I waited 10 min with another couple before anyone came to seat us. Then after I was seated I waited... 20 min and finally left. NOT 1 PERSON ACKNOWLEDGED ME. No drink, no hi I will be with you in a moment....nothing. I took my hardearned money elsewhere. I understand being busy but you don't just ignore someone. Read more
I came in for Veteran's Day. Bartender with the cheek piercing had an obvious attitude. Also you're working with food so put... your hair up. Ignored guests that told her they were ready to order. Saw one worker running around with her head cut off, feltreally bad for her. Didn't see a manager. Sat at the bar for 15 minutes and no one even took my drink order or greeted me. Idkwhat's happened to Applebee's but it's definitely gone down hill. My old 4 star review is now 1 star. Read more
1 star is to many. Horrible scary experience. We waited at door for over 10 minutes and called to see if we are suppose to seat... ourselves as no one would acknowledge us. Not busy at all. Then the lady working we watched answer and so no she was cleaning atable and would be right there and slams phone down. Then she seats us, we needed a high chair. Slams the chairs down. Then theserver said he would be a minute. Waited 20 more minutes never got any service so we got up and left. Terrible terribleterrible, clean house please. Read more
Ordered a steak medium rare and it came out well. So basically paid 17 dollars for a burger. I told them I had gluten... sensitivity and they still put Croutons on my salad and couldn't substitute anything. For example instead of chips for thespinach artichoke dip I was just going to use fries so I had to pay extra just to have the fries(which i was okay with to payextra but why couldnt I literally not have to pay for chips I couldn't eat) . I felt like I also sat there forever just to getthe bill when there was barley any people there. The food tasted okay and just felt like I should've just thrown something inthe microwave instead of eat out that day. Didn't ask for it to be redone or any refund. But now feel sick after eating. Food was great, waitress "forgot" we had given her a credit card with a gift card at payment. We don't know what happened to it... in the interim, but she found the correct card. Will be watching our card for fraudulent activity. Service also took quite sometime for not being that busy. Read more
Wife and I had a great relaxed meal. Seated immediately and service and food were good. They appear to be short staffed but all... employees appeared to be trying to make it all work. Bartender brought our drinks to us, manager delivered the meals whichhelped the waitress out. Read more

Amazing service even though he was a newbie! Food was hot and delicious even if it did take a little longer than normal!!
